Stir-fried minced pork and carrots
Overview
Vitamin A in carrots is an essential substance for bone growth and development. The way to maximize the nutritional benefits of carrots is to come into contact with fat during cooking, so I use minced pork to fry diced carrots. Pork is rich in protein, fatty acids, iron, and vitamins needed for growth. The combination of the two is nutritious and delicious.

Cut the carrots into very small dices, which not only tastes good, but the baby will also love to eat them

Stir-fry until the minced meat turns white, add chopped green onion and ginger slices to bring out the fragrance

-
Stir-fry until the carrots become soft and you can see light yellow carrot oil in the oil, then turn off the heat and take out the pan
