Ingredients

Steps

  1. Marinate the meat. Don’t slice it too thickly. Add light soy sauce and oil. If you have marinated meat or barbecue ingredients, you can add a little more and marinate for 20 minutes

  2. Prepare materials. Put the onions, ginger, and garlic into a small dish, and prepare some pepper, aniseed, and white pepper. Various seasonings are prepared: sugar, vinegar, cooking wine (if you don’t have it, some beer or white wine will do), thirteen spices, cumin, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili powder (dried chili is best)

  3. Start frying, add oil over high heat, add cumin and stir-fry until fragrant. (According to taste, my wife likes cumin to have a stronger flavor, but for those who don’t like cumin, like me, I usually just add some at the end to add flavor). Add onion, ginger, garlic, marinated meat, half a spoon of sugar, and 3 spoons of vinegar (add more in special circumstances) and stir-fry quickly.

  4. Put down all the seasonings quickly. When the juice is gone, add the chili and start the pot! Put sesame seeds! (It’s better to use white ones to look better. My house is full of black sesame seeds.) There is one missing photo in the daughter-in-law photo, but the essence is in the words!
