1. 1 Break the enoki mushrooms into small handfuls, wash and drain and set aside!

   

2. 2 BBQ Sauce

   

3. 3 Heat the oil in the pan and add the enoki mushrooms! Fry over low heat!

   

4. 4 The enoki mushrooms are slightly soft, add an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce! Cumin powder! Mix well!

   

5. 5 Fry until the enoki mushrooms are cooked, then add an appropriate amount of cumin! Get out of the pot! Simple and delicious!
