I have always wanted to teach myself cake making but never put it into practice. Yesterday I bought an egg beater and today my dream finally came true! I’m so happy that it was a success the first time I made it. The newly made cake is hot, soft, a little moist, and very sweet! Moving towards more advanced levels in the future!

  1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white first. Because I want to keep the intact egg shells for later use, I don’t use a separator. The separator requires breaking the eggs, but it is more efficient. Moreover, I personally feel that the method of poking holes in the egg tip separates the eggs more clearly, and the freshness of the eggs is lower, because if the eggs are not fresh enough, the yolks will fall apart and easily leak from the separator.

  2. It takes a little time to separate all four eggs, but the separation is super clear. In this way, you can gently shake the eggs during the separation process, and the egg white will flow out more quickly.

  3. Add 5 ml of salad oil, 20 g of fine sugar, and 15 ml of milk to the egg yolks in batches, stir in batches, sprinkle in about 50 g of low-gluten flour, and stir gently while sprinkling, adjust the amount of flour according to actual conditions, and finally make a uniform and thick batter.

  4. Add 5 drops of white vinegar and 40 grams of fine sugar to the egg whites, and use a whisk to quickly beat until stiff peaks (that is, it can pile up softly like butter and will not slip even if the container is turned upside down).

  7. Brush the bottom and wall of the electric pressure cooker with salad oil, plug in the power and press the "cake" button to automatically preheat the empty pot.

  8. The electric pressure cooker will beep after it is preheated. Pour in the cake dough. You don't have to mix it carefully. It will automatically level off when done and close the lid.

  9. After 40 minutes, open the pot and it will come out steaming and fresh, with a fragrant aroma!
