Carrot steamed buns
Overview
Carrots contain a large amount of beta-carotene, which can be converted into vitamin A after ingestion into the human body. It is currently the safest product to supplement vitamin A. Ferment for 90 minutes;

Take half of each dough, roll it into a sheet, then overlap it and roll it into a roll;
