Ingredients: 260g cake flour, 110g milk, 20g sugar, 3g yeast, 3g salt, 1 egg, 15g butter

Mix the above ingredients except butter and knead until expanded.

Add butter and knead until a glove film forms.

Knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2.5-3 times of the original size. Press and release the air, divide into three parts and form into a ball. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll out into a long strip and roll it up from top to bottom. Repeat again, put it in a toast box, put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven, and ferment until it is 8 minutes full.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes, close the toast box lid, and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven temperature. Unmold immediately after taking out of the oven.
