Pour other main ingredients into the bread machine except butter

After kneading until basically expanded, add in room temperature softened butter and continue kneading.

Knead until you can pull out the translucent hand mask

Take out the stirring stick and roll it into a ball for the first fermentation.

Ferment until 2.5 times in size

Pour out the exhaust, divide into 9 portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.

Prepare and chop the peanuts (don’t chop too much into larger pieces to make them more fragrant)

Stir 50g peanut butter, 10g marshmallow and 5g peanut oil evenly and set aside

After it has rested, take a piece of dough and flatten it

Wrap in appropriate amount of peanut butter

With the mouth facing down

Place in the oven for secondary fermentation until doubled in size. (Put a bowl of warm water at the bottom to help fermentation)

After fermentation, brush the surface with a thin layer of egg wash, brush gently. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place in preheated oven.
