The materials are simple;

Add 250ml of water to the pot, put in the washed hawthorn and rock sugar, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes; be careful not to let the juice dry up~~

Peel off the skin of the lotus root and cut into thin slices; if you are not using it immediately, soak it in vinegar and water to prevent it from turning black. You can also use the whole lotus root slices, I cut them into smaller pieces~~

Blanch the lotus root slices in a pot until they are 8 mature, remove and drain; this level can keep the lotus root slices crisp and refreshing~~

Pour the cooked hawthorn juice into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well to make hawthorn sauce;

Pour the hawthorn sauce into the drained lotus root slices and mix evenly~ The sour and sweet taste is so good~~
