Steamed turbot
Overview
Compared with sweet and sour or braised in soy sauce, I think steaming maintains its original flavor and you can taste the deliciousness of the meat itself. My favorite thing about turbot is steamed, it’s really delicious!

Rub salt all over the turbot fish, cover with shredded ginger and marinate for half an hour.

Boil water and steam for 7-8 minutes. Turn off heat.

Remove the excess water from the steaming. If you like it to be more flavorful, just pour in the steamed fish soy sauce. My family prefers to eat the original flavor, so I don’t drizzle it.
