Peeling water chestnuts

Blanch okra in boiling water for 2 minutes

Slice the water chestnuts, cut the okra into sections, and cut the yellow pepper into cubes.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the onions and ginger, then add all the ingredients together. Stir-fry for two minutes until the color of the water chestnuts turns transparent, then add salt and chicken essence to taste.
