Tender steamed chicken
Overview
The tender steamed chicken is based on the traditional recipe that my mother often made when I was a child. I remember that I often ate this dish made by my mother when I was a child. It has endless aftertaste. It is also the dish that appears most frequently on our family dining table. Without adding a drop of water or oil, add the sauce and spices, steam until cooked, the original flavor is sweet, smooth and tender. It is a simple and delicious dish. It is a standard Cantonese dish.
