Steps
-
Prepare materials.
-
Take a square bag and cut a square hole in the middle with a knife.
-
Heat a pan, add a few drops of oil, and fry the square buns until both sides are slightly brown.
-
Crack an egg into the square.
-
When the eggs are fried until 7 or 8 minutes cooked, add a slice of cheese.
-
Add another piece of ham (you can also add the ham first and then the cheese slices, depending on your personal preference).
-
Place the bread slices cut out in step 2 on top. Flatten with a shovel. Fry on both sides until lightly browned.
-
Cut the fried ham and eggs into two triangles and place on a plate.
-
The sandwich has a light salty taste, a cheese aroma, and a crispy outer layer. The ingredients used provide enough calories for the body, making it an ideal choice for winter breakfast.
