Shred the melon and chop green onion.

Put shredded melon and green onion into a basin, add appropriate amount of salt and peppercorns, and break in three eggs.

Add whole wheat flour.

Stir evenly into a paste, if it's too thick, add some water.

Preheat the electric baking pan and brush it with appropriate amount of oil.

Pour in the batter and spread evenly. Cover and heat up and down for 3 minutes.
