Spicy potato chips
Overview
Children all like to eat potato chips, but the ones sold in supermarkets inevitably contain some food additives or preservatives. Making your own is healthier and delicious! The spicy, crispy potato chips are great as an afternoon tea snack or as a companion for watching movies in the evening! (If you don’t like chili pepper, you can leave it out, it will be delicious in plain flavor)

Steps
-
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices of about 1mm. The thinner the better, but they must be cut evenly, otherwise half of them will be mushy when fried and the other half will still be soft
-
Rinse the cut potato slices several times in clean water, take a soup pot, bring the water to a boil, remove the potato slices and put them in the pot, then turn off the heat.
-
As shown in the picture, they are potato slices that have been blanched in boiling water. They are slightly translucent. Rinse them with cold water and drain them
-
Pour the salad oil into the pot and heat it to about 100°
-
Pour in the drained potato slices and fry over medium heat until golden and crispy.
-
Drain excess oil and place in a larger container. In fact, the original flavor tastes good too!
-
Add all the ingredients in the recipe and mix well. Just add the amount according to the amount of potato chips and your own taste.
-
Mix well and serve on a plate! I made a pot and it was all eaten up in a short time~~
