Prepare green pepper, garlic and ginger
-
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and fry the tofu. Keep the fire low when frying the tofu. Do not flip the tofu back and forth. Wait until one side is golden brown, then flip and fry the other side. Keep the fire low
-
Fry one side of the tofu and then flip the other side
-
Fry both sides of the tofu until golden brown, put it on a plate and set aside; if you like pan-fried tofu, sprinkle with salt and pepper to make a salt-and-pepper pan-fried tofu.
-
Add tomatoes to the pot and stir-fry over high heat for a while
-
After the tomatoes become soft, add half a bowl of cold water, add tofu, add sugar and simmer over medium-low heat for about five minutes.
-
When the water is almost dry, add salt, light soy sauce, oil-consuming green pepper to taste, and then reduce the juice over high heat.
-
The pot is finished.
