egg yolks, 150g pure milk, 50g sugar

Pour 50 grams of white sugar into the egg yolks

Beat with a whisk on low speed

Beat until the egg yolks turn white and the sugar melts

Set aside the beaten egg yolk batter for later use

Pour the milk into a milk pot and cook over low heat until the milk bubbles.

Slowly pour into the egg yolk paste bit by bit, stirring while pouring to prevent the milk from scalding the egg yolk paste. Pour all in and stir evenly

Pour the milk and egg yolk liquid back into the milk pot

Cook over low heat while stirring to avoid burning the pot

Cook until the milk bubbles and turn off the heat

Let cool

Pour into a crisper and place in the freezer of the refrigerator.
