Prepare eggs and cake cups

Crack the eggs into the cake cup. You don’t need to break the eggs (you can add other ingredients such as cheese, sausage, shrimp, etc.). I made the simplest egg cup

Use tin foil to cover the paper cup as a lid (this can prevent the paper cup from being browned and the egg water from running dry)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes (adjust according to your own oven temperature)

Out of the oven! Remove the tinfoil cover, white and tender egg cups

Pour a little fresh soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil into a small bowl, mix well, pour it on the egg cups, and sprinkle with a little cooked sesame seeds and chives
