Stir-fried sausage with snow peas
Overview
I have loved eating snow peas and sausages since I was a child, and this fried sausage with snow peas is my favorite. During this season every year, I basically buy snow peas every few days, because this period is the season when snow peas are on the market. Not only is it fresh, but the price is also cheap.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Clean the sausage and cut it into thin slices (it's dusty when dried at home, so I blanch the snow peas and blanch the sausage before washing it); mince the green onion, cut the green onion leaves into sections, and prepare two garlic cloves.
-
Tear off the old tendons on both sides of the snow peas and wash them again.
-
Blanch again.
-
After blanching, blanch the snow peas twice in cold water. This will maintain the crispy texture of the snow peas and prevent them from turning yellow.
-
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add garlic and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Then add the sausage and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Then add the snow peas and stir-fry over high heat for a few times.
-
Finally, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, scallions and kewpie salad dressing to taste and season to taste.
