Overview

I could never cook sago well, so I thought of a way

Appropriate amount of sago, beat into powder
Purple cabbage, add water and smash
Filter and extract juice
Mix, you can add some starch to increase the viscosity
Roll into thin slices
Add sweet potato puree
Wrap and cut into pieces (you need to add more water when mixing, but if you add too little, it will crack)
Steam until transparent
If it’s a little sticky when done, you can wrap it in some shredded coconut or something like that
