Milk steamed buns
Overview
There will be no breakfast tomorrow, so I want to make some steamed buns after get off work tonight. I have never made milk steamed buns, so I will give it a try tonight. The finished product is not bad. Haha

I omitted kneading the dough. The dough will rise for about two hours until it doubles in size. After it rises, knead the dough again and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Once it is in the desired shape, cover it with a lid and let it rest for about 20 minutes. It can be steamed in a pot with cold water or boiling water. I did it this time with a pot steamed in cold water.

The water will be ready after boiling for 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the lid and you will see big white steamed buns

If you don't eat it, you won't be able to smell the milky aroma. My husband just ate two of them as a midnight snack and said they tasted like bread, with a strong milky aroma.
