Remove the stems from the eggplant and wash them

Place in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and steam until chopsticks can be inserted easily

Press the garlic into minced garlic, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG and mix well

Let the steamed eggplant cool, cut it in the middle, spread the garlic paste evenly on it, refrigerate it overnight and it will taste better the next day
