Wash the yams, steam them in a pot, then peel them and set aside.

Cut off the sides of the toast slices.

Put it in a steamer and use steam to moisten it, and press it thin while it's still moist.

Spread a layer of blueberry jam.

Place a peeled slice of cooked yam the same length as the toast slices.

Roll up the yams with toast slices.

Cut into thick slices.

Arrange in any pattern you like.
