Peel and steam sweet potatoes

Use a spoon to press into puree

Add glutinous rice flour

Knead into a dough of moderate hardness

Preheat the electric baking pan and put a little oil

Divide the glutinous rice flour dough into small pieces, round them up, flatten them and dip them in sesame seeds
