Tomato and Egg Drop Soup
Overview
My baby likes tomatoes very much, so I often make this tomato and egg drop soup. I use a small amount of sugar to neutralize the sour taste of the tomatoes. My family likes it very much. Eating more tomatoes has anti-aging effects and can also keep your skin white.

The raw materials are as shown in the picture.

Peel and chop tomatoes, mince coriander and green onions, beat eggs and set aside.

Simmer green onions and ginger in a pot.

Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until a lot of juice comes out.
