Winter Melon Brown Sugar Water
Overview
I like to eat winter melon and eat it as a vegetable during meals. I accidentally saw that it can be made into tea. I tried it and the effect was quite good. It is my favorite taste!

Cut the winter melon into small pieces, including the skin.

Marinate it with donkey-hide gelatin and brown sugar for half an hour.

Bring a pot to a boil and add appropriate amount of rock sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat.
