  1. Peel the pumpkin, steam it over water, and weigh 200 grams.

  2. Add 450 grams of plain flour, 6 grams of yeast, and 30 grams of white sugar. Pour into the bread machine and stir to form a dough (18 minutes). Cover with wet gauze and ferment to double in size.

  4. Weigh 50 grams of dough each and roll into strips, about 24 cm long.
