Wash the ribs, add flour and water to disperse. Pour in the ribs and mix evenly.

Mix the flour with water like sesame paste and then add the ribs so that the ribs are coated in flour.

Put more oil in the pan, and when the oil temperature is very high, put the ribs coated in flour into the oil pan piece by piece and fry them one by one. When the color changes, pick up the ribs and put them in a bowl. Heat the oil again and pour all the fried ribs into the oil pan. Turn down the heat and fry slowly, about ten minutes. Pick up the spareribs and control the oil. Add oil to the bowl and cook.
