Spinach cat ears
Overview
I was born in the south, moved to the north after graduation, and now live in the north. Northerners are very good at making pasta. I am very envious. My colleagues often say that the noodles they make are delicious, but I say I can’t do it. They will say it is super simple, but for me it is not very simple. It is more difficult than making a complicated dish. But I always feel itchy and want to do something. I used my break at noon that day to make some noodles and added spinach juice to it. The green ones looked great! After making this, I brought it to Ke Gong for lunch at work. My colleagues all said it was delicious and asked where they bought the cat ears or if they made them themselves. Ke Gong actually thought I bought them.
