I forgot to take a picture of the steps of adding oil and vegetables. Add an appropriate amount of tea oil, then add shredded ginger, dried chili pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry. Add salt, soy sauce, MSG and finally add garlic leaves. Remember to add some water to dissolve the MSG when stir-frying because the oil cannot dissolve the MSG.
