Lollipop

Lollipop

Overview

I didn't use the highest-grade aisol sugar imported from Germany, nor did I specially buy coral sugar to make it. I simply used the leftover maltose at home. Unexpectedly, the effect was unexpectedly good. I believe everyone can see whether it looks good or not, and it tastes good too!

  1. Prepare the materials in advance.

  2. Add sugar, maltose, and water to a non-stick pan, and shake the pan gently to dissolve the sugar.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, without stirring halfway through, and turn off the heat when bubbles begin to bubble.

  4. Pour the cooked syrup quickly onto the mold. Because the sugar solidifies quickly, I didn’t take any pictures of this step. At the end, the toothpick is dipped in coloring. You can also put some sugar slices you like and insert the candy stick. After it cools, you can eat it.
