Prepare materials

Melt dark chocolate over water, add milk and mix well and set aside

Soften butter at room temperature, add sugar and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and thickened

Sift together low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder

Add the sifted powder to the chocolate paste and mix evenly until there is no dry powder

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into a paper cup (70% full is enough)

Bake in the preheated oven (the second to last level of the oven, as shown in the picture), with the upper heat at 180 degrees and the lower heat at 160 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes
