Let’s take a look at the stewed finished product first.

Wash and cut the raw materials and set aside. (Cut the carrots using the hob method and blanch the ribs to remove the fishy smell)

Heat the oil in a pan until it is eighty-mature, turn down the heat and add the ginger slices. Fry the pork ribs until they are golden brown on both sides. Turn off the heat.

Pour the cut carrots into the pot for frying the ribs, stir-fry together until the carrots change color, then add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly, then pour in water that is level with the carrots, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling, transfer to a special soup pot for babies and simmer for 40 minutes.
