Leek Egg Roll with Prawns
Overview
I saw a chef making it before, so I tried to imitate it this time. I couldn’t buy the sea tiger shrimp the chef used, so I substituted large prawns. The taste is still good! The aroma of leeks mixed with the freshness of shrimp is indeed a good match!

Steps
-
Wash the shrimps, remove the heads (you can pull out the shrimp threads together), insert toothpicks to fix and set aside; beat the eggs and chop the leeks
-
Boil water, add shrimps, take them out of cool boiled water for about 4-5 minutes, remove toothpicks, remove shells and set aside
-
Put the leeks into the egg liquid, add salt and beat well. Then take a pan, turn on medium-low heat, scoop a spoonful of egg liquid into the pan, wait until it solidifies slightly, then add the prawns, and use chopsticks to help roll them up!

At the end of your hard work, it’s time to enjoy the results! Fresh, fragrant, delicious and beautiful!
