Quick rice, fried egg and steamed buns
Overview
I loved eating dried steamed buns when I was a kid, but my mother didn’t add anything when making them, and they were too greasy when fried directly. I later tried dipping it in egg liquid and adding some salt. It tasted soft and not greasy. My son loved eating such dried steamed buns. Here is how to make them. It can be done in 5-10 minutes.

Steps
-
Slice the steamed buns, beat two eggs into a flat bowl, and add an appropriate amount of salt.
-
Beat the egg mixture.
-
Dip the steamed bun slices with egg wash on both sides.
-
Pour oil into the pan, and when the oil is hot, add the steamed bun slices dipped in egg liquid.
-
It will take about 1-2 minutes to fry. Flip and fry the other side. The fire should not be big, medium to small fire is better.
-
Remove from the pan. I specially cut it open to show you the photos of the inside of the steamed buns. With the protection of the egg liquid, the oil did not penetrate into the steamed buns very much.
