Many of today’s foods contain additives, for the benefit of everyone in the family. I thought about making some French fries myself, which is healthier and more secure.

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into long strips.

Put a little oil in the pan, and when the oil is hot, add the cut potato strips. Fry slowly over medium to low heat, remembering to shake the pot. Turn the potatoes over.

When the color is golden, take it out and add an appropriate amount of salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, and chili powder dipped in water. Shake evenly.
