Four egg yolks (about 100g) (here, four egg yolks 100g are used as the unit mass), add cooking oil with a mass half of the egg yolks, and sugar with a mass of half the egg yolks (granulated sugar is enough)

Sift in flour equal to the mass of the egg yolks, pour in the remaining egg whites and sugar, and milk half the mass of the egg yolks, stir until no granulated sugar can be felt

Add 2g salt and 3g baking powder (optional) and stir evenly. Stir until there is almost no batter on the whisk.

Turn the heat up and down to 180℃ and heat the oven for 10 minutes
