Mini hazelnuts
Overview
When I was making Junzhi’s hazelnut cookies, I had this mini hazelnut nugget in mind. In fact, this can also be regarded as a mini version of hazelnut cookies. Make hazelnut powder as usual using hazelnut grains and fine sugar. Although this biscuit is very simple, I regretted it as soon as I started it because it was too complicated to cut into small dices one by one. Fortunately, there is no need to roll each round, and I only do half the amount, so I have some patience.

Prepare materials

Place hazelnuts and caster sugar into a food processor

Beat repeatedly until fine

After the butter has softened, sift in the flour

Pour in the beaten hazelnut powder

Knead it into dough

Roll into thin strips

Cut into peanut size

Place on baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for about 8 minutes
