Yuzu jam
Overview
Yesterday I bought a grapefruit, which was so sour. I couldn’t stand it after eating just one piece, so I made a simple grapefruit jam and spread it on bread for breakfast. It's sour, sweet and has the special aroma of grapefruit. It's really delicious.

Prepare sugar and grapefruit.

Peel the grapefruit flesh and chop it into small pieces. Just cut it a few times. Cutting it too finely will taste bad.

Put a small amount of water to cover half of the grapefruit, and add 6 tablespoons of sugar.

Cook until thick and dark yellow in color, then turn off the heat.
