Homemade original flavored soluble beans for infant snacks
Overview
I have studied the production process of several soluble beans and failed many times. After summing up my experience, I found that the improved process is very stable and can definitely be repeated. It can be a guide for new mothers. I am also a novice, and the decoration is not pretty, but the quality is outstanding. It melts in the mouth and is very crispy. The baby loves it. The key is that it is easy to make, as long as you follow my instructions, you will definitely succeed.

Weigh the milk powder, corn flour and sugar and set aside. What I wrote about these materials is a range, and everything is fine within this range. If you want it to be sweeter, add 5g of sugar. If it is lighter, add less. For babies, I recommend less sugar. It is best to add corn flour, the finished product will be crispier. For egg whites, just pick a big one. Put the corn flour and milk powder into a bowl and sift it casually. There are not many ingredients, so I don’t think it is necessary to sift it to save time.
-
Put the egg whites separately in a water-free and oil-free bowl and beat until fine fish-eye foam forms. Add sugar along the edge of the bowl
-
Continue to whisk until it is dry and has obvious lines, and when you lift the egg beater, there is a small tip.
-
Take one-third of the egg white and add it to the milk powder and corn flour
-
Use a spatula to mix the two, with some resistance at first
-
Don’t be afraid of defoaming, just stir until there are no particles and it becomes a sticky paste
-
Pour the batter into the remaining egg whites
-
Use the cutting and mixing technique to mix quickly and lightly. If the mixture is mixed for too long, the foam will be defoamed
-
Put the evenly mixed egg white into a piping bag, and pipe it into a shape on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. I'm a newbie and the styling isn't very good. Keep up the good work
-
Put it in the oven at 100 degrees, and the oven should be preheated for 10 minutes
-
Bake for about an hour and a half, until it can be easily removed from the parchment paper
-
It must be roasted at a low temperature and slowly. Don't be impatient. If the temperature is too high, the outside will be burnt and the inside will not be cooked yet. After waiting patiently, your baby's snacks will be ready.

Very simple and almost zero failure.
