Stir-fried duck meat with Agaricus bisporus
Overview
I bought a Peking stuffed duck to make soup. However, it seemed like there was too much meat, so I cut off the duck breast and it was good for stir-frying.

Slice the duck breast and marinate it with ginger, garlic, oil and salt for a while. Wash the Agaricus bisporus mushrooms and cut them in half, and cut the pepper into shreds.

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the duck meat.

When the duck meat is cooked, stir-fry the Agaricus bisporus mushrooms together.

Pour some water along the edge of the pot and simmer for a while. After the mushrooms and duck meat are cooked, add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
