Octopus fruit
Overview
Playing with flour is like playing with plasticine. I haven’t carefully studied the recipe ratio of the authentic roasted fruit. Just add low flour, eggs, oil, and your favorite seasonings. As long as it doesn’t become charred when baked, the food you make will never taste bad, haha.

Steps
-
Except for flour, mix all the main ingredients and ingredients into a uniform egg liquid
-
Pour an appropriate amount of egg liquid into the flour
-
Knead the flour into dough
-
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into a round shape
-
Roll the dough into a cylinder that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. (Later I discovered that it would be difficult to cut the octopus legs as shown in the picture, so the upper end should be slightly wider.)
-
Cut the lower end in half with scissors
-
Then continue to cut in half
-
Cut again into multiple octopus tentacles and shape them.
-
Place greased paper on a baking sheet and add octopus. Turn on the heat only, preheat to 160 degrees (my oven temperature is on the high side), set the middle level for the first 8 minutes, and the lower level for the next 5 minutes.

Brush the octopus whiskers and top with a little egg wash. Place greased paper on a baking sheet and add octopus. Turn on the heat only, preheat to 160 degrees (my oven temperature is on the high side), set the middle level for the first 8 minutes, and the lower level for the next 5 minutes.

After coming out of the box, add a small amount of water to the brown sugar and use a toothpick to draw eyes. Done.
