Overview

For handicapped people, stirring lumps is the most troublesome, but you can try this method I developed. Now people with handicapped hands like me can stir up small lumps^_^

  1. Dice the tomatoes and ham and put them in a bowl and set aside. Crack the eggs into the bowl and set aside.

  2. Heat enough oil in the bottom of the pot.

  3. After the oil is hot, pour in the diced tomatoes, then directly add salt, chicken essence, and oyster sauce and stir-fry. (Add seasonings according to the amount of water)

  4. Just fry the tomatoes until they become juicey.

  5. After frying the tomato juice, add three bowls of water and bring to a boil over high heat. (The amount of water depends on the number of people eating. This is the amount for two people)

  6. When the water is boiling, stir the lumps. With a tablespoon of flour, slowly pour the beaten eggs into the flour and stir. Note: If you are not sure about the degree of mixing, pour in less egg liquid at a time and stir a few more times (generally, the amount of flour mixed with one egg is enough for two people), and put the remaining egg liquid in a bowl first.

  7. Mixed lumps.

  8. After the water boils, pour the mixed lumps directly into the pot. Stir quickly, otherwise they will grow together.

  9. When it's almost out of the pan, add the diced ham.

  10. Pour the remaining egg liquid into the pot before serving.

  11. When the eggs start to look like flowers, turn off the heat.
