Ingredients
Steps
-
Dice the tomatoes and ham and put them in a bowl and set aside. Crack the eggs into the bowl and set aside.
-
Heat enough oil in the bottom of the pot.
-
After the oil is hot, pour in the diced tomatoes, then directly add salt, chicken essence, and oyster sauce and stir-fry. (Add seasonings according to the amount of water)
-
Just fry the tomatoes until they become juicey.
-
After frying the tomato juice, add three bowls of water and bring to a boil over high heat. (The amount of water depends on the number of people eating. This is the amount for two people)
-
When the water is boiling, stir the lumps. With a tablespoon of flour, slowly pour the beaten eggs into the flour and stir. Note: If you are not sure about the degree of mixing, pour in less egg liquid at a time and stir a few more times (generally, the amount of flour mixed with one egg is enough for two people), and put the remaining egg liquid in a bowl first.
-
Mixed lumps.
-
After the water boils, pour the mixed lumps directly into the pot. Stir quickly, otherwise they will grow together.
-
When it's almost out of the pan, add the diced ham.
-
Pour the remaining egg liquid into the pot before serving.
-
When the eggs start to look like flowers, turn off the heat.
-
Delicious little lump soup is ready^_^
