  1. Prepare the side dishes to put in the noodles. You can put whatever green vegetables you like or peppers you like. I just put whatever I have at home.

  2. The noodles are cooked in a pot under boiling water.

  3. Pour the cooked noodles into cold water twice.

  4. Drain the water, add a little more light soy sauce, a little less dark soy sauce, and mix evenly. Then add cooking oil and mix a little so that the noodles won't stick to each other when frying.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry eggs.

  7. Heat the oil and fry the shredded pork for two minutes.

  8. Then add all the side dishes and stir-fry, add salt, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce.

  9. Fry for two minutes and add a little water.

  11. Finally, add some MSG and stir-fry for two minutes and it’s ready to go!
