Steps
-
Prepare the side dishes to put in the noodles. You can put whatever green vegetables you like or peppers you like. I just put whatever I have at home.
-
The noodles are cooked in a pot under boiling water.
-
Pour the cooked noodles into cold water twice.
-
Drain the water, add a little more light soy sauce, a little less dark soy sauce, and mix evenly. Then add cooking oil and mix a little so that the noodles won't stick to each other when frying.
-
Heat oil in a pan and fry eggs.
-
Set aside scrambled eggs.
-
Heat the oil and fry the shredded pork for two minutes.
-
Then add all the side dishes and stir-fry, add salt, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce.
-
Fry for two minutes and add a little water.
-
Pour the noodles over the garnishes.
-
Finally, add some MSG and stir-fry for two minutes and it’s ready to go!

The two children and I each had a plate. Isn’t it very delicious? The children finished the whole plate and said it was better than those sold outside.
