Spicy clams
Overview
Generally, you don’t need to add chili peppers or salt when making clams. Just some minced garlic is enough to give it a fragrant aroma. However, my private recipe is all spicy. Putting some spicy red peppers in the clams makes it more attractive in terms of appearance and adds an extra texture to the taste~~~ The fresh and spicy soup wraps up the smooth and tender clam meat. Don’t you think it’s not delicious~

The main ingredients are ready

Soak clams in salt water for 2 hours and spit out all the sediment

Chop garlic, onion and chili into small cubes

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat until 6 or 7 layers cooked, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Then add the clams and stir-fry

Add chili and stir-fry over high heat until all clams open

Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
