Cheese Stuffed Tenderloin

This is a dish where the aroma of meat, spinach and cheese comes out immediately after it is cut into pieces, making it very filling.

Blanch the spinach over medium heat for about 30 seconds, soak in cold water and squeeze out the water (the drier the better).

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and season with salt and pepper. Dice the onion, cut the spinach into sections, and cut the cilantro into sections.

Add oil, salt, white wine and a little water to the pot, add onions and green beans, and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.

Put cheese on the meat slices.

Top the meat slices with spinach. Finally roll it up.

Roll up the meat rolls and dip them in high-gluten flour.

Take a pan and add some oil. Fry over medium heat for about 1 and a half minutes until browned.
