Tomato, Potato and Spare Ribs Soup

Tomato, Potato and Spare Ribs Soup

Overview

I originally wanted to have tomato and potato soup, but by accident I bought an extra pair of ribs when I was buying meat. God knows I still have ribs in the refrigerator that I haven’t eaten yet, so I might as well forget about the ribs.

  6. When the ribs are almost cooked enough, add tomatoes, an appropriate amount of salt, and continue to simmer over low heat. I felt that adding salt later was not enough to taste, so I added it in advance.
