Korean cold noodles
Overview
I have eaten Korean cold noodles in a Korean restaurant before and I liked the cool feeling. The weather is hot now, and sometimes I have no appetite at all. A bowl of cold cold noodles will definitely whet your appetite.

Take out the soba noodles and rub them in the water.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Put the cooked noodles into water, rinse them with cold or ice water several times, filter out the water, and then put them into a bowl.

Pour beef soup packets from cold bread into bowls. Use ice mineral water and mix thoroughly in a ratio of 1:10 to make cold noodle soup. The beef soup already had flavor, so I didn’t add any seasoning.

Pour the cold noodle soup on the noodles, add shredded pears, cucumbers, carrots, an egg, sprinkle some black sesame seeds, top with Korean hot sauce and you are ready to eat.
