Stir-fried Arrowroot with Pork Belly

I'm tired of the braised Ci Gu, so here's the stir-fried version for a change, it's quite delicious!

  1. Wash the pork belly, cut into thin slices, marinate with salt, peanut oil, fish sauce and light soy sauce for ten minutes!

  2. Wash the arrowroot, cut into thin slices, and set aside!

  3. Heat the oil in a pan, pour the marinated pork belly into the pan, and stir-fry quickly!

  4. Pour the sliced arrowroot slices into the pork belly and stir-fry together!

  5. While stir-frying the arrowroot and pork belly, add some water so that it won't stick to the pan. Once the flavor is adjusted, it's time to put it on a plate!
