Spinach fish
Overview
To stir fish, you use chopsticks to stir the noodles directly into the pot. It is named because it looks like small fish.

Wash and blanch the spinach, then put it into a basin of cold water and set aside

Add a little salt to the flour, and then add water little by little to make a thick batter

Use a spoon to scrape the skin of the tomatoes until they are soft, then tear off the skin and cut half into slices

Add a little oil to the pot, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, add tomatoes, add salt and stir-fry over low heat

Put the batter in a flat plate, tilt it, and use a chopstick dipped in water to spread it into the pan strip by strip
