Orange Salad and Mashed Potatoes
Overview
Potatoes, also called potatoes, can be used in cooking or as a staple food. It has the most complete vitamin content among all food crops, its content is equivalent to twice that of carrots, four times that of tomatoes, and four times that of apples. Peel the potatoes and set aside an orange

Peel the blood orange and cut the flesh into cubes

Put the orange cubes into a mixing cup and make orange juice (no need to add water, use a cooking stick to squeeze out some juice and then beat)

Orange juice is filtered to remove fiber

Slice the potatoes and steam them in a pot (this step can be done before squeezing the orange juice)

Stir well. Don't add too much orange juice. If it is too much, it will be too thin and the flowers will not be shaped later
